RESPONSIBILITY

What do you think responsibility is ,if you are saying it's what bound us to do such things then I would say I don't agree with you, according to me it's virtue which helps you to prioritise your life .
Duty is what you are bound to do , but responsibility is what your values bound you to do, it's your duty towards your parents it's the love that you shows to your kins.
Let's move around an example which tells you how responsible you are if you were a student just
look at your marks are they good if bad you r not a responsible guy ...
If you were a teacher look at your students growth if it's not satisfying you r not responsible enough
look at your physical health if you feel uncomfortable for yourself you r not responsible enough ..
Look into your parents eyes if you can't see proud in them because of you, you r not responsible enough ...
Look at your Younger siblings if you can't see respect for you with them, you r not responsible enough....
Look at your friends if you can't see Thier trust for you ,you are not responsible enough...
Responsibility is the virtue you hold with yourself it has nothing to do with the outside world, if it's your job and you are assigned to do something you have to do it because you are taking money to provide that service to the employer which obliges you to do the job with complete honestly and it falls under duty. 

Responsibility is the duties you choose to serve irrespective of being provided something in return, responsible people are often liked by people because they deliver what is being expected from them and that's what make them stand out. 

Now let's understand this, two guys are given a task to do one is average talented and skilled and take his work seriously and get the job done while the other guy is exceptionally talented and skilled but take his work as just the job and of out of hundred there are chances that he will not get the job done on time... He will do it fine with better results of he does but if he doesn't he won't do anything, now as a person trying to emoploy one guy he would choose the prior then the later guy because the at the end of the day the employer want to get the job done if the guy he is assignmening work to isn't taking the work seriously and can't promise sirity with the deliverables he won't employ him... 

So responsibility plays a big role in long term and helps achieving greater heights in life of the person is being responsible the people around him can trust him with the job ans that ensures his success in the real world.... 

Responsibility bis not just one faceted in job Or career growth it is multifaceted it is guy taking care of his family, he is being responsible towards his family... 
A Business owner thinking about the environmental impacts of his business is being responsible for the environment and society... 
Wise man contributing knowledge to world is being responsible for the creating wiser and responsible generation and leaders to make world a better place... 

So, this is what I think responsibility is and how it can influence the overall well being of people around him...
